I use an iPhone 6 and your app already from 2013, but the last month I can't come in my App. The password and login are correct. I already downloaded a new app after delete the old one, but stays the same.
I don't think this applications is available anymore. I've checked the official website and it appears that there is no way to contact the developers. Secondly, it has been reported on a monthly basis that Safewallet is discontinued from development and maintenance.
Try installing the app again and make sure that no other apps interfere with it. You can also switch to something that's available and still updated.
