There is an application that resembles this name and it's called MyPCBackup which I believe is the one you're talking about, however, even if the application works with Windows 10, I wouldn't recommend storing sensitive data on their servers, because everything looks shady, instead choose a service that you know it's encrypted and offers complete control.
Everyone ignores Google Drive or Dropbox, but they're the best cloud storage solutions today.
