Problems with a purchase.

Question

I purchased Server 2012R2 through you several months ago and the license key is now showing to be invalid. The order number was 38060826 and the actual vendor seems to be Guud-Deals.

Microsoft is insisting I contact the vendor I purchased from. I have the OS installed on a production server and I am getting a notification to activate windows. I cannot afford for this server to go down.
