Some serial numbers are limited to a certain number of activations. If you've used all of them, then you have to contact the developers, and if it's possible, a new key will be emailed to you.
Unfortunately, I didn't find the software you mentioned which means you need to use the email where you received the serial number to obtain the contact address. Use that and report this issue to them.
