Errors with the EzClaim.

I use EzClaim Form Filler Plus, and it is very funny when I try to print the form with about 5 patients. It prints a double print of the form: one black box in addition to the red that is on the form. I just did an update so it's not that. What do you think?

I recommend resetting all the printer preferences because this could be the reason why the printer is not working correctly. For various printers, you can simply start the software you normally use and then access the Print > Printer preferences. Click on Default or Reset and the printer should use the factory settings, therefore eliminating the error.

If this is not working, then I recommend reinstalling the drivers for the device. Sometimes this fixes a lot of problems related to its functionality.
