The CSV contains all the data that the software captures through the WiFiTracker application. I've tested the application and it recorded all the information it gathered from the networks around. I've also exported the CSV file and opened it in Excel. All the data was there with frequency, channel, BSSID name, Brand, etc., which means there is something wrong with your application.
I recommend you reinstall it, enable Location and then the software will capture everything around you.
