If the software allowed you to export the contents of the database to a CSV file, then it should also allow you to import them back. Usually, look in the File > Open to load the content or File > Import. Additionally, go to Help > Contents and switch to the Search tab. Input Import to read all the available topics related to file import. There is also the possibility for this feature to be missing from the application and an official response from the developer is recommended.
