I didn't see anything related to the availability of Toshiba Battery Manager and Windows 10. I've checked the available files and documents on Toshiba website, but the application doesn't appear to be available for downloading which could also mean that is has been discontinued. In this case, compatibility with Windows 10 doesn't exist, therefore it won't work on that operating system.
