Unfortunately, there is no user guide available for this application. I've used all my resources related to search engines and websites to identify a user guide, but there is nothing available.
Not even ScribD or other technical user guide websites don't have the manual for TensionPC.
However, if you have it installed, go to the installation folder. You might find a help file or a user guide there.
