How to open AutoHotkey?

How to open AutoHotkey? Whenever I click on the program, it says "AUTOHOTKEY.AHK: An older instance of this script is already running. Replace it with this instance?" When I click yes, it does nothing and when I click no it also does nothing.

Please help!

When you click on AutoHotkey, it automatically creates a sample TXT compatible file where you can code and input data. There is no interface to the software so everytime you click its main executable, a new script will be created.
