According to the system requirements that are already available, the software can be installed on the following Windows versions: Windows NT, Mac, Linux, Unix, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows 95.
As you can see there is no support for Windows XP and later which means it's impossible to install it in Windows 10. You can use a virtual machine to install Windows XP, but it's not guaranteed that it will work.
