Unable to connect my Biometrics software.

I have installed the Biometrics software. I have also installed the Digital Persona software but they are not connecting. Where is the problem? I have Windows 7 Home Premium.

Based on the information found on the developer's website, you have to install a third party package as well. This enables you to use the device and connect it properly to your PC.

Luckily, the developer already provided the link to these packages (architecture enabled - 32/64 bit) on its FAQ page.
