This application doesn't appear to be available anymore. I've checked all the possible links and the developer, but there is nothing available to use, therefore it's impossible to say what's the problem with it. It also might be discontinued causing errors with the updates. However, I would check the settings of the weather station and then with the manufacturers to see if you can get a replacement.
