I've searched for information related to this application, but I couldn't find anything available, therefore it's impossible to say if you can install it on two computers. Typically, if an application doesn't use online activation, it can be installed on as many computers as you like, but when the online activation is used, then the numbers of computer where you can install it is one.
If you still have the software, install it on one PC, go to Help > About, then get in touch with the developer and ask him about this possibility.
