This is a very old application that was released a long time ago, back in the days when Quickbooks began its rise on the Internet. Because of that, I don't think it will be possible to convert the files from Organize Quick & Easy to QuickBooks. However, I recommend to simply use Quickbooks and its Import function. The File > Open should also do the job. You can access all this information through the Help section of Quickbooks.
