The only RDS version available is 6 and you can download it from the QuickBooks Support website. There is no version 8 or at least it's not made publicly available. In this case, access the same support page and click on Contatc Us at the top of the website. Drop them a mail and ask for the details regarding RDS and version 8. No changelog or new features are listed on any of the Quickbooks website.
