Photo management and captions.

Question

I'm looking for a photo management app that allows me to do the following:

1. Sort and tag dozens of photos in a thumbnail layout format, then add captions that appear while sorting them and in a slideshow.
2. Adding tags and captions to batches of pictures is also a requirement.
3. Burn slideshows to CD.
4. Have access to e-mail or live chat when needed for technical help. Does PhotoStory Easy do all these things? Thanks!

MAGIX Photostory easy is an application that allows you to create stunning slideshows with effects, audio music, video transitions, etc. For the 3 and 4 it does what you asked, but I don't think it acts as an organizer for your photos.
