Banking applications and in most of the cases everything that is related to bank software, troubleshooting etc, should be forwarded to the Bank's own Support Department. There might be confidential data that only the Support team from the bank has the permission to use, therefore, if the application belongs to a bank, contact them and ask for guidelines. It's also useful and it matters when you are a customer of that bank.
On the other side, I've searched for information regarding this software, but I couldn't find anything available.
