There isn't anything related to compatibility, but the CD-ROM should work properly on x68 systems because in most of the cases the presentation tools found on these CD-roms are x86 compatible. It could possibly work in x64 as well as long as it has newer development code. I've checked the McGraw Hill education website and there was nothing about it, only a brief presentation about its contents.
Just for the records, make sure to install Adobe Flash Player because the presentation might be using it.
