How do I download EZTitles 4.0 on my Huawei tablet please?

No, this application is not available for Android operating system. It as developed to run only on Windows systems because it's a plug-in for a Windows application as well. That doesn't mean you can't contact the developers to obtain an official statement regarding the possibility of installing it on Android.

EZTitles is a program that could upload, put together and convert subtitles for your motion pictures. This program supports several standards, like Open/DVD (HD) and Teletext subtitles for pal or NTSC. unfortunately this available for window and mac only.
