AnkhBot is a dedicated Windows application. On the official website it's specified that it requires Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 x86 and x64 in order to work properly, and the download is available only for Windows.
However, on Mac you will have to install Windows through the available methods in order to enjoy the functionality offered by AnkhBot.
And by methods I refer myself to Parallels Desktop or Bootcamp. Both options are viable to install AnkhBot.
