As a solution, create a backup of the installation directory, then go to Start > Run > regedit and expand the
HKEY_LOCAL_Machine > Software. Locate the folder that corresponds to DayStar, then right click it and export the REG file to a safe place. In that case, if the software crashes, you can merge the reg file again and copy the backed up files.
