I am running Windows XP. BCU is not in Add/Rremove programs. I have disabled it using Windows Defender but would like to get rid of it.

Programs that don't appear in Add/Remove Programs section have their uninstaller ID faulty which means that something corrupted the entry in the registry and the easiest way to add the entry back is to install the application again and then uninstall it using the simple Uninstall operation.
