Unfortunately, all the firmware updaters are released only for Windows operating system. There are Mac OSX enabled apps, but nothing about the updaters. You can also check what I'm saying on the link posted below that will lead you to the main website where all the software products are listed.
If you want to upgrade the firmware of the device on Mac, then Windows needs to be installed through Bootcamp only as you will need native OS installation.
