The software appears to be discontinued which means that no update will be released from now on. I've tried to access the official website, but a DNS error displayed instead. The domain also expired which makes it questionable if it will ever return.
In Windows 10, right click the installer and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a lower version of Windows and then run the application.
