The Microsoft Photo Premium 10 is compatible with Windows 10, but you'll have to configure things, merge registry files, and live with another version of Internet Explorer installed (not a very good thing!).
There is a website with a in-depth guide on how to set up things properly, but I strongly don't recommend using it because you might break things.
