You can try using the Recovery function inside the application's menu. Install the software if you don't have it on your phone, then go to Settings > Recovery media file. According to the developer, this function has the capability of recovering disappeared or invisible files. If you manually deleted the files, then the recovery chances drops to 0.
There is also no tool to use to recover the files that have been stored on a system partition.
