IS there a way that my personal details be removed from the Website.informer ?

Additionally, you can use the following page where you can get in touch with the Support team. They should provide additional information about your website and the data displayed, however, there are many websites like this one that parse the data which is publicly available. If you want to make it private, then contact your domain registrar and activate the Private function. It might not be free, but it will get the job done.

I have tried to reach support 4 times now. My emails either come back as undeliverable or there is no response at all. I have tried via the "normal" contact form, then via the form under "Removal request" and also entered the email address manually (found under Terms of Service). No chance...

My website and private data need to be removed urgently. I always had the "WhoIs protection" from Namecheap, for whatever reason there was a leak there and now my data is publicly visible to everyone via website.informer....

How can I reach the support?
