Duplicate Cleaner Pro version 3 versus version 4.

My copy of DupplicateCleanerPro 3.0 has stopped working with the release of 4.0. This is my valid purchased product code: G6JN0-F0A00-RHX58-XXXX-XXXX. Can you please either reactivate my version 3.0 or provide a no cost upgrade to take me to 4.0? Thank you.

According to the official website, there are two situations. If you purchased the software before 2015 and after 2015, as shown below:

Purchased in 2016

  • If you purchased Duplicate Cleaner Pro 3 in 2016 you should have been sent a new license key for version 4. Please check your spam/junk folder if you didn't receive it - it was sent May 6th.

Purchased 2012-2015

  • Earlier purchasers of Duplicate Cleaner Pro 3 can get a discounted upgrade price of between 30%-60% off. You will have been sent a voucher on May 10th - please check your spam/junk folder if you didn't receive it.
