The Claris Home Page 3 was developed in 1993 therefore compatibility with Windows Vista is questionable. I've tried to find a version that works on Windows Vista, but there isn't one available.
Given the above findings, the software won't run on Windows Vista because it wasn't developed to support this operating system.
