This could be a problem related to connectivity or something isn't configured properly in your firewall. For example, I have tested on my PC the following situation: I've completely blocked the client into the firewall and the software was showing a blank page. Therefore, this situation might happen on your PC as well, but if you continue to have issues, completely wipe the client from your PC and use a registry cleaner to delete the remaining entries then reboot the server and reinstall the client once again. Starting fresh always helped for situations like these.
