I am installing JDA Intactix Knowledge base Components on Windows Server 2012 R2 but builder is getting an error while opening and is it compatible with this Server or not? I just want to ask you and also I am getting this error:

Something on your computer is causing the crash, but the module listed to cause the crash is listed as being unknown. This could mean the software is not developed to run on Windows Server. I recommend checking the system requirements and all the README files found in the installation directory.

Additionally, try starting the software with some sort of Compatibility. Right click the executable file and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose another Windows version and launch the software. If it still doesn't work, then reach the contact page.
