You can't login to the application because the official website has issues as well. I've tried to access the Members area to register for an account and the website displayed a connectivity issues, therefore this could be the cause to this your issue. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get in touch with the developers since there is no link or page to do so. The only thing is to wait and try at a later time and the website/servers will get back.
