In the typical reports generated by HAP for terminal units, what exactly is the ventilation load value located on the 'air system load page'? The actual ventilation load I am familiar with is represented as the cooling coil value on the same page. Can you explain?

You will need to check the available documentation for this program because the official website doesn't provide anything useful. They have some sample reports in PDF format and various modeling guides.
