I've checked various websites and found out that the last compatible version of Internet Explorer that is known to work with Teemtalk 2000 is Internet Explorer 7. No other information is also available because this application isn't available for public use. I've tried to download it and it was without luck since the official website of HP doesn't allow it to download the software.
