How do I get Canon Utilities on new Hewlett Packard Desktop?

I purchased a new computer, Sept 4 2012. I was upgrading "Power" on my old Acer computer for a Hewlett Packard 'HP Pavilion Series" Product QW743AAHABC Model p6-2125. Only when I tried to use it, I found I didn't have it. How do I get Canon Utilities?
