When someone calls my phone, it just goes to voicemail, no ring. When I dial a number it doesn't ring. How can I fix it? I have plenty of minutes.
There could be a couple of reasons why the calls go do the voicemail:
The phone is in a No Disturb mode. You need to tweak the Audio settings to disable this function.
The number calling you is in blacklist. Access the blacklist functionality and remove the number.
Your number has issues with the carrier. Contact them and ask for directions.
