RW Pro Access software information.

Question

We would like some help regarding access cards for our office space. We use RW Pro Access software to give access to members who join with us.We have part time members, not employees who use our office space under full time and part time memberships. We would like to record and track members usage to no more than 10 days/month. Can you please advise us on the most efficient way of doing this?
