Information regarding the USB stick.

If your USB stick was read without your knowledge, is there a data file one may access to view what actions were performed the last time the USB stick was used? Is there an application that can help one in this matter?

Unfortunately, there is no way to access a file that can provide for the needed information. This is only possible if the USB stick was accessed from your personal computer and you have installed some kind of key logger. If this isn't your case, there is no way to find out what was accessed the last time the USB stick was used.
