This out of memory is usually displayed because of a bug in the application, because nowadays computers have more that enough memory. However, I advise closing all the background applications, then run the software again. If you're using a new Windows operating system, right click the executable file and select Run as Administrator. This simple fix will get your program to run properly without any other errors.
Additionally, you can set the compatibility to Windows XP from Properties > Compatibility.
