No, the program hasn't been updated to work with Windows 10. I've checked the Samsung page and it appears that it works only with Windows 7 on 32 and 64bit mode.

Alternatively, use the model number of your Samsung device and access Service and Support because Easy Settings might be available only for some devices only.
