There is no information about the OMni 5.0 version that you mentioned in your question. I've used Google Search to attempt a possible software identification, but the results lead to something that might not have any connection to what you asked. For example, the first thing that appears is actually a CUSTOM ROM for an Android phone. If you refer to that, then there is no possible way it will run on Windows 10.
If you actually have the software's package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility then select a previous version of Windows from the drop down menu. It's the only way to run the software in a new operating system since no other information could be found.
