Information Browser start error "Could not create the Java virtual machine".

I installed “Nokia Solutions and Networks Information Browser” on Windows 10. When Information Browser starts, an error appears: "Could not create the Java virtual machine", but I have already installed JDK7u79, and "java -version " cmd shows the correct version and I don't know what happened.

There is a big chance this software could lack compatibility with Windows 10 operating system. If this is the case, then no setting or tweak will make it work. However, the error message you've encountered might be directly related to file permissions, therefore, I recommend starting the software as Administrator.
