Unfortunately, there is no troubleshooting information about LinoFlex 2000. There are some PDF files listed through various websites on Google, but nothing to troubleshoot the error and the missing programs in the Production Monitor.
However, in many cases if you have an active customer or you've purchased a device or an application from the developers, you are granted access from Customer Service.
