I have a Smart Suite 97, which I used to run on XP, but I cannot install it on Windows 7. It is possible to upgrade it some way?
I don't think there is an updated version of the software to work on Windows 7, but you can use the Windows XP Mode available exclusively for Windows 7 through VirtualPC or embedded into the OS. Microsoft published a page where you can read about the instructions you have to follow in order to run Windows XP while Windows 7 is running as well.

I have just come onto this site. I have been using Lotus Organiser 6.0 on my desktop running Windows XP Pro SP3 for many years and it is one of my key programs. I can't recall exactly what I did (probably using an XP Compatabilty mode)but I was able to install it successfully on my wife's Notebook running Windows 7 Home. When it was upgraded to Windows 10 using the free offer the program still worked with no problems.
