Is this download version the real thing or just a 30-day trial? If the former, does it include a serial number?
The Embarcadero RAD Studio XE3 is not a free product which means you will have to buy it in order to obtain the full version. You can request a demo through the link posted below, where you have to enter your details and someone from Embarcadero will contact you to provide additional information as well as demo activation instructions.
