Cannot download grib file.

I have the application running, but when I try to download grib file it comes up with message "Unable to connect to server". Check connection." Error code: name resolution failure.

That means the software can't reach the server to download the necessary file because:

1. The server is blocked because the software is blocked on your PC. Use the Firewall or your Security Suite and add it to the exclusion list.

2. The service you are trying to use is out a order because of maintenance or repair.

3. The service is discontinued, therefore the cause of the error (most probably!).

I've also tried to download and use it, but it appears that the official website is out of order.
