My son cannot play Maths Island 1 Macroworks as it requests a serial number which is missing

Hi, I have purchased a Maths Island 1 Macroworks for my son. He cannot play it as it requests a serial number which is missing. How do I get around this?

Well, it all depends on the way you used to purchase the software. If you picked the digital way, then all the information regarding registration should have been e-mailed to you. If you used the physical distribution, then the CD-Key/Serial number should be found inside the case of the CD or printed on the CD. Please consult the manual regarding the registration of the software.
