PhotoPRINT DX Human Edition is not working properly.

The file loads correctly when I add it in the software. The pixel dimensions of the file is 1000 by 5000, but software shows dimension 96000 by 48000. And then it hangs/freezes. I also didn't save the file for printing. How can I solve this problem? It's a really problematic error for me and I can't understand what it was. Please, help me to get out of this.

The software should have some FAQ page where you can see how to properly load a file. If it doesn't have, go to Help > Contents and look for instructions. In almost all cases you have everything that you need in that section. I tried to access what it seems to be the official website, but nothing was found due to the error displayed when the URL it's accessed.

Additionally, check the installation folder. You should find a PDF or CHM file related to how to work with the software.
