Can you tell me where do I get auto updates for my Compaq Desktop? I've upgraded to Windows 7 from Windows XP and I have no sound. None of my games will play, they download and I can't go back to Windows XP. Please, help!
Firstly, identify the model number of your Compaq PC. Since these are branded PCs, you will find the model number printed on the white sticker. Use that model number and paste it on Google followed by the word drivers. You will have more luck this way.
Alternatively, visit the HP Support page and enter the model number since COMPAQ belongs to HP: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
